Good food, great staff

The servers were very nice but we found hair in 3 out of 7 plates. Left most of our plates full and won’t be back.

Always love it there, the early bird special is the meal to get 3-6pm. Decently priced nice portion. Nice staff.

Tasty classic burger. Fries were perfectly crunchy. Great portion. Not overwhelming. Really enjoyed the atmosphere. Waitress was polite and attentive. Husband says the Reuben was really good

I cannot say enough good things about the Mayfair Diner. It is an institution and a staple in my family. We have been going there for more than 20 years and will continue to go for at least another 20. Their food is great and decently priced. All of the staff is kind, friendly, and courteous. Their kitchen and waitstaff are also fast. It is easy to make personalized modification. We love them so much that whenever someone is visiting from out of town, we make sure to make at least one trip to Mayfair. All of their food is great, but I highly recommend the hot roast beef and gravy sandwich or the hot turkey and gravy sandwich. Two of life's great comfort foods. Delicious!

Broiled crab cakes were good and surprisingly great were the peas and carrots!!

Mayfair dinner is one of the best diners in Northeast Philly. Not only is the food delicious, but the atmosphere is clean, warm, and inviting. The waitresses are friendly and polite. It's also very family friendly so be sure to bring the kids along.

My Friends and I found this place on Google and it was a pleasant surprise. I, particularly, like a lot this american dinner style. This one specifically is not in a great are in Philly, but it's a great place to have a breakfast or lunch and hang around with a friend or fiancé to chat a little. The staff is very simpatheric and they make you feel welcome right at your arrival. Great place.

I always come to this diner all the time. The food is always good and reasonably priced. The staff are always friendly. The only thing I rate bad is the bathroom because it is dirty and has graffiti. They can change that though.

I normally go here after hours and the service usually is great. But this last time it wasn't and my food was cold. And it took forever and the dinner want even busy. But the previous 2tines it was great. So 3 stars it is

Everyone here is so pleasant all the time! The coffee is great and the waitresses are all SO friendly and sweet😊 Danielle really went the extra mile for us. Even at 4:30 a.m.! She even offered me a to-go cup for my coffee and checked on us many times, but not too many. A perfect visit and I'll most certainly return.👍🏻👍🏻

Turkey was ok but the stuffing was too sweet did not like it at all.

I've been to many diners in my lifetime what I've had at this particular diner I would buy again I look forward to my next visit I highly recommend this location

What I got you could feed a family of 4. Good quality food. Nice staff. A Philadelphia Classic-silver "railroad car" type diner on Frankford Ave in Mayfair. Must try.

Staffing is very friendly but the food is absolutely disgusting and the place looks dirty and dingy. The only saving grace was the scrapple.

Amazing food and wonderful service!

Wow I like their food. I got the lunch special it came with two sides and a soup all for about $10. Also the diner is real nice and the waitress is really nice. Definitely recommend!

Made the mistake a little while ago of going here on prom night. Food was undercooked and the lady who was our server gave so much attitude when I addressed our issues. The food is sometimes good. For the most part it's pretty disappointing.

Great food at affordable prices. The Waitresses are always friendly and have a smile on their face. It does not matter if I come here for breakfast, lunch or dinner the quality of the food is always good.

Foods always good here. And the waitresses are super friendly. They never messed up my order here, and this is why I keep going

Home fries were awful. They are shredded mush potatoes not home fries. The only thing I enjoyed was the bacon pineapple juice and muffins. The eggs were room temp. 1st and last time.

We went in here on two occasions while visiting with our friends in Philadelphia. The staff were very friendly and attentive giving fast efficient service. There was a good choice of food and everything we tried was delicious. The meals are large for uk standards. Staff happily explained anything we were not sure about. Would definitely recommend a visit.

Coffee and fruit cups is what I had ordered and worked on getting paperwork and other things accomplished. The waitresses were extremely accommodating. The food is always hit or miss depending on whose in the back cooking ur meal. But my fruit dishes were fresh and appetizing. No complaints here.

They have the Nicest hostess she made me this beautiful milkshake I think it was I can't remember. Myself my beautiful lady Tara Kacera and my lovely niece Casey Ann Hanson Set out on a mission for some French toast they did not disappoint Great job mayfair diner.
